Welcome to the katherinewood universe, a space where sharp tailoring meets quiet rebellion. By accessing cs@katherinewood.top or any page under the katherinewood banner you enter a binding relationship governed by the rules below. Read them slowly; they are written to protect both the curious shopper and the small team stitching late into the night.
1. Who May Enter
You must be at least sixteen and legally capable of forming contracts under the laws of your domicile. If you are browsing on behalf of a business you warrant that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.
2. Offer & Acceptance
Display of goods is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your click to confirm order is the offer. We accept it only when we send an email headed “Order Confirmed”. Until that moment we may decline or limit quantity without penalty.
3. Pricing Glitches
Algorithms occasionally misfire. If an obvious error lists a leather trench at nine dollars we reserve the right to cancel and refund. We will apologize nicely and offer a ten percent discount code for the inconvenience.
4. Payment Choreography
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ShopPay, ApplePay, and cryptocurrency via our third-party gateway. Funds are captured at confirmation. If chargeback or reversal occurs we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.
5. Colors & Textures
We shoot under northern light to stay truthful, yet wool suiting can read charcoal on one screen and midnight on another. Such variance is not a material fault. Swatch service is available for a nominal fee credited against later purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
Every curve of lapel, every custom buckle, every line of copy is protected. You may share links and pin images with joy, but extraction for commercial reuse will be met with polite yet firm legal correspondence.
7. Limited License to Browse
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to enjoy the site for personal shopping. Automated scraping, price monitoring, or data extraction is forbidden and will trigger IP blocking.
8. User Content
Tag us, critique us, praise us. By posting photographs wearing katherinewood you grant us a worldwide royalty-free license to repost or reuse in marketing with attribution. Moral rights are not waived.
9. Third-Party Links
Occasionally we link to dance performances or underground galleries that inspire our palettes. We do not control those sites and accept no liability for their content or cookies.
10. Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim arising from a single order shall not exceed the purchase price paid, excluding gift-wrapping or express shipping upgrades. This cap applies collectively to katherinewood, its directors, employees, and courier partners.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless katherinewood from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights including but not limited to copyright strikes on user-generated lookbooks.
12. Force Majeure
Should war, pandemic, port blockade, or asteroid strike prevent performance, obligations are suspended for the duration. We will communicate openly and work toward equitable resolution.
13. Governing Law & Stage
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict principles. Any dispute not settled amicably via cs@katherinewood.top within thirty days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
14. Severability & Survival
If any clause is found unenforceable the remainder persist, and the stricken clause shall be interpreted as nearly as possible to original intent. All provisions that by nature should survive termination shall do so.
15. Modification
We may update these terms at midnight London time. Continued use of the site after that witching hour constitutes acceptance. Historical versions are available upon request.
