Refund Policy

katherinewood designs are built to outlive trends, yet we recognize that sometimes a piece does not harmonize with your wardrobe symphony. You may return unworn, resale-ready items within fourteen calendar days of receipt for a full refund or within thirty days for store credit.
Step by Step
Email cs@katherinewood.top with order number and reason. We reply within forty-eight hours containing a prepaid label for UK and domestic US customers. International shoppers receive instructions and should use tracked service; return postage is refunded as store credit when the parcel arrives.
Condition Rules
Garments must retain tags, no perfume, no pet hair, no cigarette ambience. Footwear must be tried on carpet and returned in undamaged boxes. Final-sale items, face masks, and custom monogram pieces are excluded unless faulty.
Inspection
Returns are processed within five business days. Refunds are issued to original payment method. Store credit codes never expire and can be combined with promotions.
Faults
Report defects within seven days accompanied by photographs. We offer repair, replacement, or full refund including outbound shipping. Minor irregularities characteristic of artisanal fabric are not considered faults.
Late Returns
Parcels postmarked after fourteen days may incur a fifteen percent restocking fee or be returned to sender at our discretion. Communicate early and we will usually find a graceful solution.
